Hey everyone. Anyone have experience with a good shop to fix small dents and paint scratches in the Orlando area?

Thanks in advance

I've heard rave reviews of Glimpse, but I'm not sure where they are.

If you call Orlando MINI, I'm sure they can put you in touch with a company called Dent Wizard. Ask for Rick. He is the best in the South East region when it comes to paintless dent removal.

I just put a set of H&R Sport springs on my 04 MCS and I need to get it aligned. Who is the best? Mini of Orlando is too hard for me to get an appointment. Most shops will not align Mini's due to special procedures and tools.

Mike up at PRS did our alignment work on our shop race car. They have quite a nice alignment rack up there. But it's a bit of a haul from titusville.

Thanks but I finally got an appointment at Mini of Orlando for this Saturday. Now I'm looking for someone that can remap my ecu. Does anyone do ECU tuning locally?

Jan at revolution Mini will be in town in a few weeks to do the next rendition of our car. I think there are one or two other cars lined up as well. Give him a shout. 949-456-9590

Thanks, I'll give him a call today. Do you know if there is a chasis dyno in town that he is planning to tune on?

Thanks a lot Maitland! I was going to drive all the way to Atlanta to have my ECU tune done by Way Motor Works. They were my second choice behind RMW but distance was the biggest problem and I hear those remote tunes are not that great compared to a live tune. I'm very happy that Jan will be doing my car. Thanks again!

Thanks to Garrett and Orlando MINI for taking care of my scheduled maintenance before it was expired and fixing my cold start issue! I really like the new service team!

I took my sweet Roxanne to Ian at Maitland Importers yesterday with a long list of work to do: install pulley, replace belt, upgrade plugs, replace brake pads and rotors and add performance brake fluid. The Service Manager, Ian Steward, has spent his whole life around cars and has 11 years of competitive racing experience. His shop was highly recommended to me, and it's clear why so many people trust Ian - he really knows his stuff! They specialize in Volvo and MINI.

His team did a FANTASTIC job - likely my best maintenace shop experience to date! The team at Maitland Importers performed a full inspection prior to doing the work - including computer check, air pressure check and top off all fluids. The only issues not on my list that came up in the inspection were control arm bushings and grubby air filter - both of which I suspected anyway, so no big surprise there. ALL the work was completed in the same day; all parts were in stock! When I picked up my MINI he showed me the condition of every bad part - which he had neatly packaged in the new part packaging and offered them back to me (I took the plugs since I just had them put in a few weeks ago at Firestone, and my old pulley that I can use for a paperweight or something). The technician (Phil) that serviced my car introduced himself and referred to my car by name, which I thought was very nice.

If you're looking for a good honest shop with reasonable pricing and friendly service, this is your place. Maitland Importers is not close to my home or work, but I will make the drive every time for all my future MINI service needs. I highly recommend Maitland Importers.

Thanks, Ian and team! ;)b

Not really an automotive shop, but I had my custom JCW Checker Side Stripes installed on Rocket today. They were designed by Keith at TechnoSigns. Here is a link to their website: http://www.technowraps.com/portfolio/index.php#images/mini3_1266432227_mini3.jpg He's a MINI owner too! The process was super fast, professional, and looks great. I'm just bummed that I didn't start the process sooner to have them for Mickey and MINI.
